STARTING SENTINEL COMPLIANCE & SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Dusty Jenson has dedicated more than a decade of his working career to workplace safety and health. His passion for helping others, his ability to lead effective training, and his ability to relate to people at all organizational levels led him to start Sentinel Compliance and Safety Management in 2021.
GOING BEYOND OSHA COMPLIANCE
Unlike other safety consultants in his service area, Dusty has served organizations at executive levels managing health and safety programs in the oil & gas, manufacturing, service and wind energy industries. This experience has given him a unique understanding that compliance goes much further than simply meeting minimum OSHA standards.
CREATING A CULTURE OF SAFETY EXCELLENCE
Dusty's goal of starting Sentinel was to bring that unique perspective to serving the safety needs of his clients and helping them create a positive, proactive culture of safety excellence. Dusty was born and raised in Breckenridge, Texas where most of his family still resides. He and his wife Jennifer live in Abilene, Texas.
